About us

Team

Marcin Żółtaniecki has over 25 years of experience in Banking, including nearly 20 years in managerial positions in the Financial Markets area.

A market practitioner, an expert in regulatory and accounting standards, he has been responsible for a number of regulatory, technological, and transformational initiatives throughout his career. He actively participated in organizational transformations, including Lean and Agile@Scale transformations.

He was also involved in two major mergers (including a legal merger followed by a technological merger) of Banks in Poland, where he was responsible for the Financial Markets area.

He possesses exceptional skills in defining and implementing strategic business changes. He excels in training staff, leadership, and motivation.

As a panelist, he has participated in numerous industry conferences (particularly concerning regulatory changes) both domestically and internationally.
